GreeNoodle Yakisoba (48 Count) GreeNoodle package comes with Yakisoba seasoning. Yakisoba literally means "fried soba noodles" in Japanese. But GreeNoodle's yakisoba is non-fried. Boil the noodles for 3 minutes, Drain the water, then add the seasoning.

Instructions: Stove: Place noodles and dried vegetables into 450ml of boiling water. Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Drain hot water using a strainer and place noodles in a bowl. Add seasoning oil and powder. Stir until sauce is evenly distributed. Serve! Microwave: Place noodles in a microwave-safe container. Fill container with water until the noodles are submerged. Microwave for 5 minutes. Carefully take container out of the microwave and drain the hot water with a strainer.
